Went in for a repair on my LED lights and was given the run around to check in my vehicle. Then I was told that I had to find out on my own from the dealer where I purchased my Honda from, what kind of Honda warranty I had in order to fix my LED light. Aren't they suppose to inquire about that for me? SEEMS LIKE THEY DIDN'T CARE BECAUSE MY CAR INITILALLY WASN'T PURCHASED FROM THEM! I only gave it 1 star because the young lady noticed that I was getting the run around and helped me when I alerted her of the additude that I was introduced with!

My fifth Honda! It was a pleasure working with Naigeem in buying this car. I can't stand a hard sell and pressure and he is not that at all. He was thorough, informed, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience quick and easy and I learned some things about CRVs that I never knew (and this is my fourth CRV!).
